We want to make sure you love our products and the quality is guaranteed. If there is a printing error or visible quality issue, we will replace or refund it. For any quality issues, please be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at klover3-live-shop@support.fourthwall.com. This quick and easy step will help us provide a quick resolution.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or size-related returns.

Cancellations
Product Order Cancellation Policy
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes into production.
Once your order has gone into production, you may be eligible for a replacement/solution, depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to resolve any quality issues.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph showing the quality of the print or damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The best photos are of a flat surface, with the label and defect clearly visible.

Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy for Product Orders
Because products are made to order, we are unable to issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders other than those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photo showing the quality issue.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will appear in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will appear in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Donation and Tip Cancellation Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
Refund Policy for Locked Messages
Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your payment, we cannot cancel or refund the locked message. If you are having trouble accessing your locked message after payment, please contact us at klover3-live-shop@support.fourthwall.com. We will be happy to troubleshoot the issue and find a solution for you.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
Will I be charged additional taxes on my order if I am located outside the United States?
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs duties, and other customs fees. Prices vary by country and we are currently unable to calculate them in advance. For more information on your country's customs regulations, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee is actually assessed on your package, you are responsible for payment.
